Worst customer support .. Long time player n have spent my share to b competitive .. Nothing good to say about Gree .. If I could give no or just a half star I would

Gree, and KA in particular is notorious for its complete lack of respect and consideration of its clientele. Customer support is minimal, and when you send in a ticket, you usually get a very poor excuse or blatant lie in return. Gree continually screws up the most simple events that have been the same for years. And they are notorious for shorting players of reward units, many of which have cost time, energy, and even real money. And even though a player has earned or bought those rewards and Gree makes a mistake and does not award them to a player, when you send in a ticket asking for those rewards, Gree will lie to you and say you have not earned them. And you will not get them. A perfect game for a class action lawsuit.

I started out playing about 4 years ago because a friend talked me into joining for his Guild. Slowly I grew to like the game as my character grow in stats. It has now become tedious to play with it repeating itself over and over the same thing every month. It would help if a week or two went by without having do any event so we can just work on upgrading building or organize how to improve the Avatars. Just saying. Ill still be there for the Guild but not spending the money like I did before.

New version is designed to make you pay cash for upgrades. Do not open boxes for pieces with any results unless you spend cash. Great game of until they got supper Gree dy just leveled up and did not receive skills points. Major problem.

What was once a good game has deteriorated severely. Every new event is filled with programming bugs. Customer service is non-existent. Players are repeatedly penalized for errors in programming and the developer refuses to treat its players appropriately and with respect. You would be foolish to spend real money on this game. If you like being ripped off, GREE is the company for you.

This game needs add one time collecting . Who wants wasting times to collecting each one instead playing the game right the way .

Started when this game was new. It was fun then and I met a lot of friends from around the world. Will be there for my team but Im not ever spending another dime on this game. Terrible customer service I could go on and on. Dont waste your time as I have.

On iOS, game crashes every 2 to 5 minutes no matter what you are doing. Has been this way for a long time without resolution. During this time period, Gree has attempted to enhance the game with new capability but without solving major existing problems.

Do NOT download any game from GREE. They do not spend any of their profits on game performance improvements. That includes the servers that the games run on. It takes 60 seconds...yes, in entire minute...to load the game. Your profile page takes another 45 seconds to load. The app crashes every time you play. GREE has ONLY spent profits on game updates that increase their profits. Players can NOT complete any quests without spending gems (which can only be obtained by purchasing $100 packs). They do NOT offer discounts. There are no videos for gems. They elected to let those worthless Trolls at Tapjoy take over their videos for gems features. Avoid this piece of garbage. You will regret wasting your time.

This game eats money it is only for the wealthy who dont look twice at spending thousands of dollars on a free game. Poor customer service when you have an issue with the games many glitches Gree (Greedy) will blame you it is never their fault....
