Constant bugs, very expensive and the worst customer service

This update is not okay, GREE(D)! Players have known GREE to be exceptionally greedy over the years and weve learned to adapt accordingly. Airplane mode is one of our adaptions to still be able to play the game without spending an insane amount of money on gems. I strongly urge the company to reconsider this action. Until then, Im not spending anymore money on the game. Sincerely, a disgruntled customer.

The company, Gree, has NO CONCEPT of the gamer experience. They consistently make the ability to complete quests unachievable without using gems. Customer support is inadequate, unacceptable, disrespectful and incomplete in the response. DO NOT PLAY THIS GAME!

The latest "PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT" is no improvement. Do not upgrade to the new version. I have been playing this game for more than 3 years, but, after this update, I am seriously considering quitting the game.

The new update has finally sucked the last realistic chance to complete the tasks without spending a large amount of money

They are seriously going to force me update to this rancid piece of horsecrap??? I have been playing this game since it came out. Considering that this game has gone waay downhill and is constantly finding new ways to screw everyone that plays this game, I have finally had enough! Take this update and shove it where the sun never shines! Way to ruin a game Gree ...I have never detested a company more. Your moneygrubbing days are finished you have screwed your customers for the last time.. Turn off the lights when the last player leaves..which will be soon. If it were possible to give no stars Or MINUS stars...I would. This company is only interested in ripping you off ....their servers lag like hell. Do not bother to play this game. Customer service is a joke!.

Started playing this game three or four years ago. It has become much less fun to play, and a casual/social player will never be able to compete with those who spend a lot of real money on the game. Like many of my in-game friends have already done, I am leaving and looking for another game to play

Update: apparently the aforementioned greed did not take in enough $$ for greedy GREE. They have continued to close loopholes and jerk players around, making it harder and harder to make progress in the game without giving them boatloads of real world cash. Its getting ridiculous. Dont bother with this game - go play the slots at your local casino. Youll still spend the money, but at least with the slot machines theres a chance of some reward eventually. -------- The game is fun, guilds are fun, its a great game. Only problem is that Gree is greedy - a good portion of the best gear must be purchased with $20+ worth of gems (each). Completing most of the events requires gems, or you run out of time. They sell special buildings often, but most of them require gems. So play the game - it can be a lot of fun. But be prepared for everything to take longer if you arent prepared to spend a small fortune on gems.

The game requires 5-600.00 a month to play on a top level. Gree is going to rape you go else where

Absolutely deplorable this last update. I would tend to bet this game will no longer exist after Christmas with the latest update. A player less then level level 70 has absolutely 0 chance AND SHOULD NOT even start at this time... The latest update is absolutely a joke. The offer health and energy bonuses prizes and they are SCAMS. THE MAKE THE QUEST IMPOSSIBLE TO COMPLETE , THEY JUST ADD MONSTERS THAT TAKE HUGE AMOUNTS OF ENERGY and HEALTH. THESE NEW MONSTERS RENDER THE EXISTING PRIZES PEOPLE THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS FOR IN SOME CASES WORTHLESS. THEY INCREASE THE MONSTERS HEALTH AND ENERGY TO RENDER YOUR REWARDS WORTHLESS.. THEY MAKE MONSTERS TAKE THREE HITS INSTEAD OF 2 MAKING PRIZES WORTHLESS WHY EXACTLY OFFER ANY PRIZES WHEN YOU INTEND TO MAKE THOSE REWARDS WORTHLESS SIMPLY BY ADDING HEALTH AND ENERGY TO THE MONSTERS. . IF THE GAME IS TO EXPENSIVE TO OPERATE THEN SHUT IT DOWN INSTEAD OF THE REWARDS THAT RENDERED WORTH;ESS WITH UPDATES

There should be a way to get diamonds like a daily bonus

Low pile. Only one up grade at a time. You have to spend a lot of money to win. Stupid game!

Its somewhat challenging, partly because the less you pay the more difficult it becomes. In that way its just like everything else in life.

The game is great fun, but heavily slanted towards players who buy gems. If you like to spend money on a game, youll love this. If youre a free player, expect some frustrations and disappointment. And customer service blows. Latest update freezes a lot, credit & points for playing are lost & levels must be repeated.

Playing for 5 years taught me that time invested in this game and a decent guild established you as a "good" player. I was striving to be a great player until this last update. The mechanics of the game, while only slightly changed, have destroyed the gameplay and how you manage your energy. Now, all too conveniently, agree decides to offer all these energy bonus units at a cost. Game was good but I only play now to keep social with wonderful players Ive met from around the globe. Long live Vikings of the North...

Ive been playing this game for over 5 years. The first year, it was great; the use of smarts and strategy would determine how successful you were. I was an esteemed "Royal Knight" and life in KA was good. Since Gree took over Funzio, the game has morphed into "he who spends the most, wins"- no skill at all. Its all about those willing to spend the equivalent of a car or house payment a month who are the most powerful/successful. If you really want to be a power player in KA, be prepared to sacrifice your relationships with your wife/husband/kids/dog/cat, etc, as this game requires you to pay more and more attention to the next limited time quest/war/boss event. I used to be a pretty powerful player, but got tired of constant "work" to keep my powerful standing/stats. I then played for the social aspects, as I have met some nice peeps from around the world, but recently the game takes forever to load, freezes up on me constantly and is no fun anymore. I will be leaving my guild soon and casting my kingdom adrift, its just not fun or worth it anymore...

You can not advance in this game due to the new crafting. For hero equipment pay to open crate and then pay again to crafting equipment. Crazy idea. Just leveled up again and did not give me my 3 skill points. Out of control Gree. Made game impossible to level up due to not using real cash.

Easy game has a personal feel. Day by day ,step by step. Can really grow and evolve....

Been playing it for a couple of years now, I really like it. Good time pass...

It is understandable that a free game will offer special advantages for purchase if players choose. Games need to make a profit. I am not a big spender but from time to time I purchase a small amount of gems for cash. The Kingdom Age server is outdated for the current size and complexity of this game. When I spend gems on a "haste quest" to earn a special, it never fails that the server goes down and I lose my gems bought with cash and my the reward. Complaints to support are always it is too late to fix it but they will credit a minor token but no cash or gems are refunded. I would not complain if this had not happened numerous times. Cmon GREE modify the game to have only one quest going on at once, invest in a bigger server or refund gems spent when the server goes down. The current situation is unacceptable.
