Atrocious Customer Support and Outright Theivery
Gree, and KA in particular is notorious for its complete lack of respect and consideration of its clientele. Customer support is minimal, and when you send in a ticket, you usually get a very poor excuse or blatant lie in return. Gree continually screws up the most simple events that have been the same for years. And they are notorious for shorting players of reward units, many of which have cost time, energy, and even real money. And even though a player has earned or bought those rewards and Gree makes a mistake and does not award them to a player, when you send in a ticket asking for those rewards, Gree will lie to you and say you have not earned them. And you will not get them. A perfect game for a class action lawsuit.
