Frequent Glitches

It is understandable that a free game will offer special advantages for purchase if players choose. Games need to make a profit. I am not a big spender but from time to time I purchase a small amount of gems for cash. The Kingdom Age server is outdated
for the current size and complexity of this game. When I spend gems on a "haste quest" to earn a special, it never fails that the server goes down and I lose my gems bought with cash and my the reward. Complaints to support are always it is too late to fix it but they will credit a minor token but no cash or gems are refunded. I would not complain if this had not happened numerous times. Cmon GREE modify the game to have only one quest going on at once, invest in a bigger server or refund gems spent when the server goes down. The current situation is unacceptable.
